The building, located in the historic center of Venice in the Santa Croce district, is in a favorable area for its proximity to the railway station, the car and bus "terminal" of Piazzale Roma and the "Riva de Biasio" water-bus stop.

The building is composed by three parts that differ in height and size, intercommunicating between them and each one with independent access; two of them, aligned along the Riva di Biasio, overlook the Grand Canal, while the third extends as a rear appendix of the main body and has flanked two gardens of exclusive property of considerable size.
The central core of the building complex, which was restructured around the eighteenth century, is the dominant part for proportions, architectural merits and (on the first noble floor) for the frescoes and decorations of the Venetian floors. Inside the building there are some objects of historical interest: a fireplace finely worked in white marble, some eighteenth-century frescoes, a marble statue portraying a woman and many other assets of different value.
