It is a building of four floors above ground with a side facing the canal and composed as follows: at the ground floor we find three warehouses and a sotoportego (groung floor passage) that leads to the canal, while on the upper floors we find one apartment per floor for a total of three apartments main is placed at the end of the sotoportego itself.
The building as a whole is made of solid bricks, with plastering that becouse of the saltiness and lack of maintenance, in some areas have crumbled and detached from the facades. Both the exterior and the interior do not show any architectural sign of particular value, it can be considered a typical Venetian residential building with wooden frames at the windows and pitched roof with wooden structure. The interior of each apartment appears spartan with flooring in the various rooms made of ceramic tiles.
The building being free from things and people and left abandoned for several years, as a whole, is in a general state of bad degradation conditions for which good maintenance and restoration of the plaster covering the entire building is required.
