PORTO MARGHERA, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK – PEGASO 2
The recovery process of what is currently the Science and Technology Park began about twenty years ago, due to the disposal of part of the production activities that were located there.
Today it is a complex of buildings, partly newly built and partly radically restored, located in what was the "First Industrial Zone" of Porto Marghera.
The area was chosen as a starting point for the regeneration of the entire industrial area as it is the closest to Mestre ideal for a redesign with an "urban" image with buildings for research laboratories, offices and leisure.
The Science and Technology Park is located in front of the State road that connects the ancient historical center of Venice with the mainland. It is well connected with frequent buses and the "Porto Marghera" railway station is connected with a pedestrian underpass.
Floor surface: approximately 4.600 sqm.
The building called "Pegaso 2" is a building inaugurated in the early 2000s for offices and it is characterized by an exterior covered in gray stone with the main facade in glass.
