The main entrance is on the south side of the villa, while to the north there is a secondary entrance. Through a staircase you enter the central hall of the ground floor (raised), with north-south orientation, on whose sides there are six symmetrically arranged rooms, one of which is a toilet. The staircase leading to the first floor and the basement is located to the east of the building. The staircase, made of marble steps, has a stairlift. The plan and distribution of the first floor is equal to the underlying floor. The flooring in some rooms is the original one in Venetian “terrazzo”, some have been covered with ceramic or wood floor while the windows and doors are made of wood. The rooms have a false ceiling while ion the south-east room, there is an original fresco on the ceiling. The building is equipped with an electrical system, heating and air conditioning and wiring to the data network.
