●Dimensions
Surface area: 16,333.14 square meters.
●Description
Currently within the lot there are many trees, even large, which over the years have gradually populated the area making it in some portions very appreciable.
For the future planning of the private initiative Lotting Plan there are already indications of a Preliminary Conference of 2015: the distribution of public-standard areas near the South roundabout, along the Porto di Cavergnago road and the positioning of the car park entrance-exit on Via Porto di Cavergnago.
The neighborhood will be characterized by the clear separation between the driveway and the pedestrian and cycle path, it being expected that cars can have access only to reach the homes and private parking through a single access route, positioned in a central position of the lot, and they will not be able to cross it, so as to achieve a decisive separation between road access and driveway distribution within the lot that can only be pedestrian and by cycle, without prejudice to the need for access by public means of rescue.
It is planned to build a cycle track, as an integrated urbanization work, which will be integrated into the "Biciplan" project of the City of Venice (Biciplan II - Route 5).
